About Us

Mountain Days Away Pre-Scheduled days trips currently operate from the resorts of Morzine, Les Gets, Avoriaz( Prodains) and the valley D’ Aulps Tuesday through to Friday, from June to September.

During the winter and out of season, bespoke day trips are available upon request.

Summer 2022 we will be offering scheduled day trips to Chamonix Mt Blanc, Annecy, Evian Les Bains, Thonon Les Bains, Yvoire and Excenevex Beach.

We will transport you after breakfast from your accommodation to your destination and aim to return you to resort before 7 pm.

Upon arrival at your chosen destination you will be left to explore, soak up some local culture, experience local attractions or just relax with a spot of lunch and a glass of wine. All without  having to think about how to get there, finding parking or worrying if you should have that glass of wine with your lunch.

All of our scheduled and other destinations are available through out the week and out of season, when booked as a Private/ Bespoke day trip. Subject to availability.

Examples of other destinations include

Courmayeur in Italy, (where you can experience the thermal baths of Pre Saint Didier).

Wake-boarding at the TNA Cable Park in Bonneville.

A little closer to home you could visit the pretty villages of Samoens and Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval with a lovely drive via the famous Col du Joux Plane.

Visit the Abondance valley, (famous for its cheese) and weekly market on a Sunday.

All activities at locations must be paid for and booked by the customer. Advanced booking for activities is highly recommended.

Bookings are paid for in cash in euros on the day of travel.

Bespoke personalised day trips can be organised upon request.
